12 years ago I stepped into Master Sumner's Dojang , and never regretted it.
Taekwondo is a discipline of mind and body - it develops a good level of fitness , builds up stamina, improves flexibility and strength. I was promoted to 4th Dan in April 2009 .
Throughout all those years training, I attended numerous competitions and seminars to gain more experience. I am a qualified instructor and teach mainly at East Grinstead. It gives me personal satisfaction to pass on my knowledge and help other students reach their goal. Taekwondo has become an absorbing and rewarding part of my life.
